My grandfather, Ong Thin, has been relentlessly passing along this culinary history to the following generation since 1950 by serving his famed Pho in Vietnam from the same site. His pho had a profound impression on me and made me deeply appreciate its extraordinary flavor. I am inspired by this affection to spread the wonderful flavor of his Pho throughout Canada.
